Globalstaine Energy is …
-
a privately owned oil & gas exploration and development company that pays Western
royalties in non-Western countries
-
an eco-sensitive clean energy company committed to develop sensible and sustainable energy solutions
-
dedicated to producing potable water, sewage and bio-waste conversion, and electricity in Africa and other regions
Why Partner With Globalstaine Energy?
Globalstaine Energy's goal is to become the premier privately held energy company of oil and natural gas production,
implement clean & sustainable energy systems that make sense to each region, make potable water
readily available to the people, and reduce bio-waste.
Numerous governmental and non-governmental organizations have documented the deaths and illnesses
resulting from drinking contaminated water and hygiene dificiencies in developing countries.
Yet, each year that a developing country is delayed or waits to implement a holistic and sustainable
solution, people die and many more contract illnesses.
Globalstaine Energy was created to deliver solutions to known issues such as eco-sensitive oil
& gas exploration and development, readily available potable water, sewage and waste conversion, and
electricity.
Developing countries NEED the financial resources from THEIR natural resources to construct, repair,
maintain, and upgrade basic infrastructure systems, such as, electricity generation and water purification
facilities, waste removal systems, and potable water distribution networks.
Globalstaine, our stakeholding partners (local inhabitants, foreign citizens & companies,
governmental agencies, and non-governmental organizations) create the financial resources needed to develop
clean & sustainable electricity generation facilities and make potable water accessible to the
people ignored by overly greedy individuals or self-interested corporations.
For productive oil & natural gas fields, Globalstaine Energy pays the same royalties to collective
governments that a Texas landowner would receive. Investing partners receive a share of the NET
proceeds, determined solely by their level of investment.
Globalstaine trains, contracts with local companies, and employs local citizenry. 90-95% of our program's
workforce are local citizens. Additional employment may be created with the growth of supporting industries.
A "self-funding" holistic solution is overdue!
Globalstaine Energy’s executive team is committed to developing oil and gas fields with our
business partners,
generating electricity and potable water, delivering potable water from source-to-need, and treating sewage & bio-waste, unlike major oil & gas
companies that retain most of the production wealth.
Together we WILL make a difference!
The Globalstaine Partnership
Globalstaine pays countries, with oil and gas resources, a cumulative total of 25% royalties
plus taxes comparable to United States revenue tax rates.
These revenues provide the economic means to develop and maintain their infrastructure without
increasing national debt.
Globalstaine offers countries, without oil and natural gas resources, the opportunity to fund their
infrastructure projects as investors in our exploration and development programs in petroleum producing countries.
Few developing countries can afford to allocate 30-40% of their annual GNP to a nation-wide
water infrastructure project.
Globalstaine increases local employment and labor skills by employing +90% of the workers, engineers,
and executives directly from that country to construct, operate, and manage new facilities.
As petroleum prices increase, countries' monthly revenues may increase for wells with
consistent or increasing production flow.
